Unless noted otherwise, all manga, doujinshi, and light novels will be bagged, boarded, and shipped in a box for extra protection.

Bagging books helps prevent water damage during the shipping process. The bags I use are acid free and it is safe to keep books inside of them for long-term storage.

Boarding books helps prevent bends and creases. Just like the bags mentioned above, the boards I use are acid free. As long as the glossy side of the board is facing the back of the book, it is safe to use them for preservation purposes.

Nonoya Books is based in Portland, Oregon and all orders ship from within the United States. Excluding holidays and weekends, orders received before 11 AM PST will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 11 AM PST will be shipped the following business day. At the moment, I only offer domestic shipping through my Nonoya Books website and on Mercari. I ship globally through the ebay International Shipping Program on my eBay storefront.

Standard delivery usually takes around 7 business days. Please note that with the state of the global pandemic, orders may arrive later than usual.

Returns are free. Once you initiate a refund request, I will provide you with a shipping label and instructions on how to make your return.

Please understand that although this is a shop, most of the items in it are from my personal collection. Exchanges are always almost impossible due to only having one copy of most items I sell.

It hurts me to see my precious items damaged in any way. Thus, to prevent any damage during transit, I request that all returns must be in the original packaging.
